1. Nature of HeartPage

HeartPage offers a personalized digital product where users create a custom HeartPage containing names, written messages, photos, and optional music.

Each HeartPage is generated specifically for the user and cannot be reused or resold.

2. No Refund After Page Creation

Once your HeartPage is created or access is provided, refunds are not possible. This is because the product is personalized and delivered instantly.

We encourage users to review demos, pricing, and descriptions carefully before completing payment.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Payment was deducted but HeartPage was not created due to a technical issue
  • Duplicate payment made accidentally for the same HeartPage

In such cases, users must contact us within 24 hours of the transaction with valid payment proof.

4. Payment Gateways & UPI

All payments are processed through secure third-party UPI or payment gateways. We do not control payment delays caused by banks or gateway providers.

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in temporary suspension of access.

We reserve the right to share transaction records and delivery logs with payment providers to resolve disputes.

6. Support & Assistance

If you face any issue with payment, access, or page creation, please contact our support team. We aim to resolve genuine issues quickly and fairly.

7. Policy Updates

HeartPage reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
