HeartPage is an emotional gifting product. Individual reactions, emotions, or outcomes may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee emotional responses, relationship outcomes, or personal reactions resulting from use of the service.
3. User-Generated Content
All content added to a HeartPage — including text, images, music, names, and messages — is entirely user-generated. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you upload.
4. Privacy & Sharing Responsibility
Each HeartPage is generated with a private shareable link. Anyone with access to that link can view the page. You are responsible for whom you share the link with and for safeguarding its privacy.
5. Payments & Delivery
Payments are processed via UPI or supported payment methods. Upon successful payment, access to create your HeartPage is provided instantly. Due to the digital and personalized nature of the product, refunds may be limited as per our Refund Policy.
6. Availability & Technical Limitations
While we strive for high availability, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, server issues, or third-party dependencies. We are not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeartPage shall not be liable for any emotional distress, indirect damages, loss of relationships, data loss, or any consequences arising from use or inability to use the service.
8. Prohibited Content
Users must not upload illegal, abusive, hateful, explicit, copyrighted, or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if violations are found.
9. External Services
HeartPage may rely on third-party services such as hosting, payment gateways, or media delivery platforms. We do not control or guarantee the availability or policies of such services.
