This Delivery Policy explains how HeartPage (“HeartPage”) delivers digital services after successful payment.

1. Nature of Delivery

HeartPage is a fully digital service. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.

All deliveries are made electronically in the form of a private HeartPage link.

2. Delivery Timeline

In most cases, HeartPage is delivered instantly or within a few minutes after successful payment.

  • Payment successful → HeartPage created
  • Unique private link generated
  • Link displayed on screen and/or sent via email

3. Delivery Method

Your HeartPage is delivered through:

  • On-screen confirmation after payment
  • Email notification (if email is provided)
  • Direct access via private URL
Important:
Please ensure your email address is correct to avoid missing delivery notifications.

4. Delayed Delivery

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Payment gateway verification delays
  • Temporary server or network issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete user input
If your HeartPage is not delivered within 30 minutes, please contact our support team.

5. Failed Delivery

If payment is successful but HeartPage delivery fails due to a technical issue, we will:

  • Re-attempt delivery
  • Manually generate and provide the HeartPage link

No additional charges will be applied in such cases.

6. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate details during HeartPage creation
  • Safely storing and sharing the private HeartPage link
  • Not sharing the link with unintended recipients

7. No Physical Shipping

HeartPage does not involve:

  • Courier delivery
  • Physical cards or gifts
  • Printed materials

Everything is delivered digitally.

8. Policy Updates

This Delivery Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of HeartPage indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
