Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to order cancellation, refunds, and payment disputes for HeartPage (“HeartPage”).

1. Nature of Service

HeartPage provides a digital, personalized HeartPage creation service. Each page is custom-generated based on user inputs such as names, messages, photos, music, and design preferences.

2. Cancellation Before Payment

Orders may be cancelled freely before payment is completed. Once payment is successfully processed, the HeartPage creation process is initiated immediately.

3. Cancellation After Payment

Once payment is completed, cancellation is not allowed. HeartPage is a digital, personalized product and cannot be reversed, returned, or reassigned.

This policy exists because each HeartPage is uniquely created for an individual and cannot be reused or resold.

4. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds after payment confirmation, except in rare technical cases such as:

  • Payment deducted but HeartPage creation not initiated
  • Duplicate payment due to a verified technical error

Such issues must be reported within 48 hours with valid payment proof.

5. Failed or Interrupted Payments

If a payment fails or remains pending, no HeartPage will be created and no charge will be applied. Any deducted amount will be automatically reversed by the payment gateway within its standard settlement timeline.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support may result in immediate suspension of service and blocking of future access.

We reserve the right to submit transaction records and delivery logs to resolve fraudulent disputes.

7. Service Modifications

HeartPage reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice. This does not entitle users to refunds for completed orders.

8. Policy Updates

This Cancellation Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
